Interactions
1. Sexual, torture, or extremely gross roleplay is allowed only if all parties involved (participants and witnesses) have agreed to it in an out-of-character chat prior to the roleplay being performed and not in a public area. If at any time you feel uncomfortable with the roleplay, you can void it and leave the roleplay. This includes spiking drinks, which should not be roleplayed in any instance. 2. Scenarios such as rape and nonconsential touching are prohibited. 3. Players breaking the rules doesn’t mean the roleplay stops. If you have an issue with the player, submit a report in-game or on the forums. 4. Players trying to meet someone via stream sniping isn’t allowed. If you’re found to be stream sniping, you will be permanently banned and unwhitelisted from the server. 5. Players may take pictures with their phone using the emote. They may record using a camera. The camera may pick up audio if the player is in range to hear the audio (not through walls/glass etc.). 6. All players must follow the Twitch Terms of Service. Click here to view them. 7. All players must remain in character unless an administrator says otherwise. If you need to go OOC, type in your local OOC bar, only if needed 8. Players may not void roleplay or any scenario unless a Game Admin or Lead Admin says otherwise in the result of a report, a scene may not be voided without first going to the forums. You must follow all administrator instructions. 9. All players may not cut off interactions between you or another player unless Lead Admin+ says otherwise. You must follow all administrator instructions. 10. Reports must remain professional from all parties involved, forum reports and in game reports. In-game Rules
0. Admin Discretion When a player's actions or general conduct negatively impacts another player's roleplay experience and/or undermines the realistic roleplaying atmosphere we strive to create on the server, admins have the authority to punish that player for violations not covered by the guidelines below. This also means that admins have the full ability to punish players for scenes where terrible roleplay is represented and the use of forums is not necessary - only if the situation matches this. |
Consequences: Class B or Class C
Common Courtesy
○ All participants are expected to treat each other with respect. Violating rules due to someone else's actions is not permissible. Disrupting, stalling, or voiding roleplay is prohibited unless directed by an administrator. Examples include: ■ Exiting the game to evade roleplay (combat logging) results in an automatic 10-day ban. ■ Repeatedly refusing or avoiding roleplay is not allowed. ■ Bugs and desync issues should be roleplayed out. ■ Asset transfers require approval from the Administration. ■ Homophobia, misgendering, and targeted hateful remarks are strictly prohibited. ■ Insulting another player through out-of-character channels (Forums, Discord, etc.) is unacceptable. ■ Disregarding an administrator's decision or ignoring messages is against the rules. ■ Failure to roleplay a car crash, unless caused by desync and voided by an administrator, is a violation. ■ Purposefully being away from the keyboard to avoid roleplay is not allowed. ■ Properties must be sold at realistic prices; adding excessive amounts without justification is prohibited. ○ In the event of encountering a bug or exploit on any of our services, it is mandatory to report it. Exploiting such issues will result in a permanent ban. It is also the responsibility of players to report others who break the rules. ○ Attempting to buy or sell weapons/drugs through the in-game "Yellow Pages" application is subpar and will result in punishment. |

Consequences: Class B
Deathmatching
Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason (deathmatching) is not allowed. Unnecessary provoking falls under this rule as well. Terrorism is strictly forbidden. Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM) - Purposely using your vehicle to harm or kill another player. This does not mean everytime you are hit by a vehicle that it is Vehicle Deathmatching, but if it matches the description then the rule was broken. This also includes revenge killing when you respawn after being executed and then kill (or at least attempt to) the person who has just murdered you. Your In Character memory is wiped off everything that led up to your death when you are killed, so you should forget about your attacker. Examples;

Robbing And Scamming
Robbing is defined as taking someone's possessions (money/items, etc) by force or threat of force. Scamming is defined as offering a good or service and then refusing to pay or give it. Robberies and scams must be strictly done in character.
Chain robberies on your character unless perfectly roleplayed will be considered unrealistic and poor portrayal of a character. You may only do up to one robbery per hour. Group robberies count together the rule doesn't apply to just an individual it applies to an entire group you're with. Rather you're the getaway driver or burglar. You may not kill someone during a robbery unless they bring it upon themselves. Players must show value for their life and your character's life is important. |
Consequences: Class A or B Depending on the Situation.
New Life Rule (NLR)
If you're downed and respawn at the hospital your character forgets the immediate events leading up to being down in the current scenario. A player may not return to the area of their death for at least 15 minutes or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. If you happen to Character Kill, you may not make a new character and revenge kill for your deceased character.

Vehicle Price Agreement
All vehicles sold within the server should follow this simple vehicle pricing agreement - When selling a vehicle players are only able to add a maximum of 75,000 USD to the price from the vehicle's original/stock pricetag. (This is for EVERY vehicle within the server) Example: A Dodge Charger Hellcat has a sticker price of: $200,000 USD - The maximum amount this vehicle can be sold for is $275,000 USD. |
Consequences: Class B + Character Wipe
Obscene Roleplay
Obscene Roleplay scenes must be conducted away from other players or areas where players are likely to cross. If a player feels uncomfortable at any time while conducting obscene roleplay scenarios, that player can opt-out of the roleplay and deem such roleplay voided; this will end any future continuance of the roleplay scene. In the case that such obscene roleplay is to occur, every roleplaying party must agree to continue the roleplay with Out of Character consent through local Out of Character chat. What is considered Obscene Roleplay?
