So there is a reason for support I clearly stated I want to speak to someone higher up in like managment but you guys keep removing the thread which makes no sense if there is a reason for support you guys clearly dont care and make no sense so please stop touching my threads thank you.

I'm requesting that someone higher up review my whitelist situation.
I purchased whitelist back when the server was New Leaf. Shortly after, I was banned from the Discord. From what I've been told, there wasn't a valid reason for that ban, and I was eventually unbanned.
Now I'm being told I have to purchase whitelist again, and I don't understand why. I already paid for it once, and from what I've seen, other people who bought whitelist before the transition didn't have to pay again.
I'm not trying to avoid paying or argue with staff. I just don't think it's fair to have to purchase whitelist a second time because of a Discord ban that was later reversed.
If there's a policy that explains why my case is different, I'd appreciate someone explaining it to me. Otherwise, I'm respectfully asking for my case to be reviewed by someone higher up.
