I wanted to appeal my faction blacklist because I don't think my side of the situation was fully considered. Before all of this happened, I had already left Rolling 40's. My plan was just to end my character's storyline so I could move onto a new character. During that RP, I got arrested after a chase, and the cops offered my character a deal if I cooperated. I only gave them information that my character knew in character. I never used any OOC or meta gamed information and if someone said i did i would like to see the evidince.
I looked through the faction ROE and couldn't find anything that defines "Faction Sabotage" or says a "former faction member can't give in-character information to PD". If there's another rule or policy that covers this, I'd appreciate if someone could point me to it.
(searched up key words like faction sabotage and nothing was found)
I also don't believe there's enough evidence to support the conclusion that I meta gamed or that a faction blacklist was justified. From my perspective, everything I told PD came from information my character learned through roleplay. If there's evidence showing otherwise, I'd appreciate the chance to see it.
I'm not saying my character didn't make a decision that affected the faction, but I don't think the evidence or the written rules support a faction blacklist. I'd really appreciate it if my ban could be looked over again. If i put this in the wrong channel i would like if it could be fowarded to fm
