Unsolved connection issues - dev

Every time i try to load in the game it says the same thing over and over again. I tried refreshing, restarting and deleting fivem and gta nun of it work and than i realize that it was only doing that in the Lands.
This is what it says every time i try getting in the server.

Hello, first thing I want you to try is to clear your cache and see if you load in, if it doesn’t work try loading in after the next restart.

If all fail then make a ticket and ping me.
