Explain what happened: I deleted my char bc she got in jail for life and the roleplay was so bad so I decided to just delete the character so I can continue rp on another character and when I told the lawyer that he said he would just tell them that I killed myself in jail to have real rp reason for me to delete my Jasmine Torino character but I never physically did the rp in game or on the forums or anything like that - I simply just deleted my character because the roleplay was subpar and DOJ is barely active. It was a lawyer in DOJ that said he was gonna tell them I killed myself so me deleting my char makes sense therefore he should be the one banned not me.

Hello @urfavcuban the other person that encouraged this has also been handled accordingly. As for your ban I will change it to a 3 day ban due to the fact that this is your first ban, but please go through the rules again because that photo you provided in that ticket was taken by the lawyer & used in a IC (In City) docket, which took that from OOC to an IC matter, it doesn't matter if it was just a poster, propoganda, hinting, or committing the act is TOS.
