Type of ban: Perma, in-game

Banned by: Qad

Character name: N/A
Date of ban: May 5, 2025, 3:54:16 AM
Ban reason: TOS
Steam hex: steam:1100001659c678f (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199665014671/)

Ban id: B84D-BHL8
Explain what happened: In all honesty, I was banned after being accused of saying the hard R in-game which was a misunderstanding, I know what it looks like and I completely understand where you guys are coming from with this ban. At that time my microphone was loud and low quality which made my words distorted, so it was hard to understand what I was really saying and got my words mistaken for the hard R. After serving a 8-month ban, I am respectfully asking if you would allow my ban to be lifted and give me a second chance, I’d love the opportunity to come back. If I’m given another chance, I promise to follow all the rules and have fun with not only my friends but the community of the lands also.

In the clip provided to me, the Hard R can be heard clearly and distinctly. You were roleplaying as a racist character, which in itself is not against the rules, but you crossed the line by using the Hard R. Additionally, you also used the word “nigga,” which is clearly audible as well. This leads me to believe you were fully aware of what you were saying. I can provide the clip if you would like to review it yourself. The-Clip

Why would I be submitting an appeal if I knowingly said it. This means I wouldn’t even care about the server and wouldn’t appeal to get unbanned if I joined the server and said the hard R on purpose. This says to me that it’s not something I said intentionally. I understand why the rule exists and why the word is taken seriously, and I respect that. That’s why I won’t waste time and effort about the appeal and waste staff time if I didn’t value the server and what it stands for. In this case, I’d ask that this appeal to be judged with that context.
