Explain what happened: Hello,
I’m writing to appeal my ban for asset transferring. I understand what I did was against the rules and I take full responsibility for it. At the time my faction was dealing with a lot of conflict and getting deathmatched by PG, and after a situation with LPTB I made the decision to give up my gun because I wanted to keep as many guns in the faction as possible so we could defend ourselves. Looking back now, I realize that was the wrong decision and I should have just taken the CK and lost the gun instead.
I wasn’t really in the right headspace at the time and made a bad judgment call, but after thinking about it I understand why the rule exists and I regret the mistake I made. I’ve been part of this community since the New Leaf days, around two years now, and this is my first serious ban.
I know Bentley has stepped away, so I’m hoping whoever reviews this appeal can look at it fairly and maybe show some leniency. I also hope my case can be reviewed carefully since this wasn’t a malicious ban like cheating or spawning things in, but still a mistake on my part that I regret.
I really enjoy the server and would appreciate another chance to play. I’m willing to accept any conditions if needed, even a character wipe.
