I don't really understand this decision. During the middle of The Lands V1, I submitted a ban appeal. It was marked as solved, and a staff member replied that ban appeals were on hold until V2.
When V2 released, I submitted another appeal, but I was told that all V1 bans are final and that the only way to be unbanned is by paying the $250 unban fee.
I'm not trying to argue my ban or prove anything here. I'm simply asking why V1 bans don't get a chance to be reviewed when staff previously said appeals would be handled in V2. If appeals were put on hold until V2, it doesn't make much sense for every V1 ban to become permanently closed without being looked at. I understand wanting to move forward with a new version of the server, but people can be banned falsely or have situations that deserve another review. I'm just asking that those players at least have the opportunity to have their appeal considered instead of being told the only option is to pay. its really isn't fair for people banned for faulty reasons and they have to hold.
