Explain what happened: i was in a chase and then my homies picked me up in a car and we got low but one of the homies fell out the car so long story short we left him and got low (we thought the homie died) but then he called us and told him he is alive and that he is getting chased we go back and see that he is already handcuffed and he is running from the officer the officer catches him so we drive off and the homies pop his tire (the officer was hella far from his car) the car was damn near broken down then the officer still used the car to drive away and a little further the officer was suddenly gone and we found the car with the homie in side of it we opened the door to see if we can get him out but that didnt work so we had to move the car and then we moved it (i didnt know it was against the rules cu i never saw it in the rulebook) and tried to get the homie out again but it didnt work so we decided to leave him and then we got banned
