A few months ago i was false banned from AC after like 2 days of playing in the city for "cheating" because my stamina wouldn't go down and i was lagging VERY HARD, i tried to tell them i was lagging, my graphics pack had one of them "EUPHORIA" mods in my fivem application data and i didn't know until i checked a second time. I made multiple tickets proving i wasn't cheating and they didn't accept it. This one time i made another ticket and it took some time for a response so i thought "I'm going to factory reset my pc so i can get done with this glitch with my internet." While i was in the middle of the Factory Reset, they must've sent me a PC Check website, i didn't know until i downloaded everything back, i did the pc check, they said i factory reset my pc, i said yes, then they blacklisted me for factory resetting my pc. I tried to tell them i didn't know i was going to get the pc check until i was done resetting my pc, if i can recall they Lour said something like i factory reset like a minute or two after he sent it and told me his time and my time. Then came this ticket this month, i thought today would be the day they would believe me instead of thinking i'm some sorry little cheater, a few minutes in the ticket, we was talking it out, then they started talking and i didn't know so when i did see it i texted back. Then a admin said "NEVER! A DEVLOPER SAID YOU WERE TRYING TO USE A SPOOFER!" I tried asking for proof and show me the name of the discord and stuff. They didn't want to answer, until another admin said "there is no proving" and i didn't see nothing else because the ticket was closed.
