Hello, I’m submitting an appeal regarding my ban for “Cheating” by TPM Team from several months ago. After opening a Discord ticket, I was told that the reasons for my ban were allegedly being in a cheat shop server and using an aimbot. However, the aimbot accusation came from a Windy Shooting server that falsely banned me.
Regarding the alleged Cheat Shop Server, my friend checked my Waveshield profile and did not find the same results that were shown to you. From what we could see, i was never in one.
When my ban history was reviewed, the bans shown were also false. Most of them were LS shooting bans, and each time I was later unbanned by an overseer because they were false. The false ban history itself also shows that those are unbans. If necessary, I can ask the overseer to confirm this.
As for the Windy Shooting ban, I was able to obtain the clip from someone with access to Waveshield. In the footage, it’s clear that I wasn’t aiming at anyone or doing anything suspicious before being banned immediately.

Here is the transcript of a ticket discussion between Nightshade and me, including all the proof I provided whenever it was requested. Unfortunately, the ticket was closed before Nightshade had the chance to respond.
