Explain what happened: Here is the rundown of the incident that led to me getting banned. My friends and I were all driving around the city thinking about what to do, then all of a sudden. BANG! our driver "Layla", hit a car head on from her reckless driving. I then tried to roleplay the situation that just happened, I then got out of the vehicle doing "/walk drunk4", to express that my character was dizzy from the car accident. When I had did "/walk drunk4", I didn't like the way my character was walking and I thought to myself that there was a different walk that was better than "/walk drunk". While I was outside of the car I tried to do "/walk drunk3", but I mis clicked and pressed my "y" key on accident so when I tried to type "/walk drunk3". I didn't have the chat where I could type in it. After this happened, I pressed my number "3" key which was my slot in my inventory to unholster my firearm. I then attempted to holster my firearm as quick as I could and told the males, "My bad, my bad, I didn't mean to do that". After I told them this, I immediately holstered my firearm and ran back inside of my friend's vehicle scared that the three males would try to make an attempt to rob me for my firearm. As I was inside the vehicle, they kept asking for $500 dollars to get their vehicle repaired at a mechanic shop, at this time I was a mechanic at Atomic, and I would've offered them a free repair, but I was scared that they would stalk me at my job then attempt to rob me while at work. I then asked my friend "Layla" to please give them $500 dollars so we could just leave as fast as possible, but she wouldn't get out the vehicle to give them money due to her arguing with them about the car accident. When my friend "Layla" didn't get out to hand them $500 dollars I got out trying to hand them the money so we could just leave, when all of a sudden, all three males swung their car doors open un-brandishing three firearms. I then ran for my life back to the vehicle thinking the driver "Layla" would drive off knowing I had a firearm on me, but she got out then put her hands up. When "Layla" got out of the vehicle I pressed my "z" key, switching to the driver seat because I knew I already had keys to this vehicle, after I shuffled to the driver seat, I drove off thinking I escaped death and almost lost my firearm. A little while after this happened "Layla" sent me a message on discord telling me to fly back in or I might get banned so I flew back into the server, but my game kept crashing so it was difficult to find out what was going on because "Layla" didn't tell me anything. When I was in the city I was told to go to main clothing where I had to give up my pockets for the scene, so I complied and let them take the firearm out of my pockets, after they did this, I was hit with a permanent ban.
It has been one month and 3 weeks since I have played the server The Lands. After this long I have realized that what I had done was dumb of me to do and I wish if I could go back in time, I would've let them rob me for my firearm, but it was my first time ever holding a gun in The Lands and when you're a civilian it is really hard to obtain a firearm due to you needing to find a faction willingly to sell you a personal firearm. Well, since this happened, I decided to appeal to maybe get a fresh start for V2. Thank you for reviewing my ban appeal.
