Explain what happened: So, around 2 month ago me and lour got into an altercation. I accused him of cheating in the faction general chat and we got into a back n' fourth after a scene that went down between our two rivals. Fast forward, he agreed to the pc check - but then told me to pc check with him. He didn't even do the pc check to begin with so I said no. Off this situation alone there has been bad blood between us, less then 24 hours later lour would push "evidence" of me cheating to staff members in the lands. To clear it up, the evidence of me cheating is a ticket-log in a cheating server. No evidence of me buying the cheat, having access to it, or ever owning it. Just a ticket-bot log that I had made a ticket. Off this alone, I was banned. Not only was this ban unjustified - but far worse it was biased. Lour as a staff member and TPM member in the lands should be held to a far higher standard then this. Its laughable that I accuse him of cheating (An accusation he consistently gets), and 24 hours later he caught up evidence that I'm cheating? Its a reach and a revenge report after the argument we had gotten too a few hours before my ban. I simply wasnt given a fair chance to stand up for myself, or even explain my side. The rules explicitly state that if your caught using any form of cheats you'll be banned, whether it be the lands or not you'll run into problems but the rule at hand is blatant favoritism. I was banned although there was no proof at all of me owning cheats, but there was a handful of people who were able to appeal WHO WERE FOUND IN 4K EVIDENCE WITH CHEATS, and got off with appeal - why do i deserve to be banned? Especially when theres no evidence that I even had cheats on my pc? This is clear bias after my altercation with the person who pushed my ban who is staff.
