I joined a new faction called 592 Pueblo Bishop Damus, Later then rebranded to Rancho Blvd Bullies. I had a character named Cameron "Bash" Gambino. One day while trooping with my faction around the server, Rancho Blvd had a clash with rival faction (UGBC/100s). It started as a big brawl which then lead to a shootout. I died in the shootout, and got cked. Thats when I made a new character (James Tulop/SadBoy). SadBoy was the Emo Character Rucci showed in his player report, I played Sadboy one time, and it was only to go live on InstaPic. I never got on the character again. I then made a new character, Jaymore "JankyDown3k" Murphy, which I waited my 3 days. I then got another gun and went to slide, when I pulled up on a member of UGBC (Young Rucci/Rucci) who later banged 100s. He was on a BMX bike, and started to run away. We then followed him in a black 4 door car. Rucci then drove his bike into a pole and emote canceled (Exploiting his health so he doesn't take damage). We then got out of the car and upped our guns on him and told him to go to the back of the houses. When I later shot him and killed him. I then later died on JankyDown3k 2 days later to E/S Pain Gang & FuriousFade. He then dmed me on discord saying he was opening a Player Report on me. He kept the report open and @NIGHTSHADE responded to it. She then later blacklisted me. I was told that if this Player Report went through it would be around a I feel as this is a unfair blacklist in my faction members & my eyes. I think I do deserve another chance to play The Lands, and be in the community once again. Thank you for taking your time and reading this, Please take consideration in un-blacklisting me.
I just made a ticket today after seeing that there was a unban fee on the tebex for 250$. I was wondering if that fee would apply for an unblacklist also. @YoungPaydro answered saying that the fee was only for unbans and not unblacklists. I then brought up how a breach of the ROE is a blacklist, and paydro asked who banned me. I then said nightshade did. Im pretty sure he was looking through the ban logs you guys have, and I think we couldn't find it, because he was bringing up when he banned me from Faction Roleplay. So I assume that the ban wasn't logged. Paydro then asked when I appealed to get back into faction rp, which I appealed in the faction discord via support tickets, were @TreceDame unbanned me from faction roleplay, and gave me the "untrusted" role which him and Chris and many others can vouch.
Overall I understand my actions were not okay and were breaking the server rules. But to be fair, 50% of the server doesn't follow this rule, I know that it doesn't make it right for me to break it though. I met some of my best friends through this server, and alot of people I enjoy being around. So for me to get blacklisted hurt. I truly enjoy playing The Lands, as I have been in the community since early New Leaf V2.
I hope that I can see join it back for the start of The Lands V2.
