Explanation
Explain what happened: I'm going to start off from the very beginning, "(The Strikes will be at the bottom of the screen)" I'm just going to say before I start explain I'm not saying I don't deserve to be ban and I know what I did was wrong and this is a serious Roleplaying server and everything should be taken serious but some of these thing happened over a year ago and I think that everyone deserves second chances. the rest of the explanations will be below

Exhibit 1: June 15th, 2025, I got ban due to spam reports which counts up to 1 ban, I cleared myself on this ban and explained that I was trying to get a TP due to me being stuck under the map, I think that this was unfair because he could have PM'ed me or kicked me but I got ban for that which wasn't fair on my end.

Exhibit 2: June 21, 2025, I was working for Lady locks and usually doing what I do every day roleplaying cutting hair and then there goes someone in the store that keeps on hitting me "TROLLING" so I karate chopped him so he can sit down and I made a report for him to get his revive and told him what he was doing later I got perm ban which switched to a 2 week ban due to him trolling and the situation not being conformed since no body had clipped it.

Exhibit 3: September 17th, 2025, Now before I get into the explanation I would like to take it upon myself and say that looting bodies is wrong and should not be used in roleplay even if your homies asked you to or you have the right to do it, it's wrong but ( my homie died from ) ( fighting the other homie as you're going to see in my clip I made a report but the admins in city didn't respond it just doesn't make sense to me that he was on admin duty and not looking at my reports but the homies did Aswell and called the cops and EMS twice before having to tap his pockets, also the other person that went into his pockets never received a ban only me by the way but enough talking hers the clip. ) -

Exhibit 4: December 23rd, 2025, I remember this whole day there was multiple people fighting at main clothing and I didn't see no one receive a ban from doing that neither a warning or kick, An admin seen me fighting there and didn't say nothing like "Hey you can't to that" or "PMed me saying Hey you can't do that bro" but no I didn't know even though it was in the ROE, the ROE was changed like a week prior towards the incident I just think this was really unfair due to me not knowing nor getting a warning or a kick. Exhibit 5: December 31st, 2025, This is the only ban I take full response ability towards but still felt as if it was unfair, it all started with a rival gang popping it in the middle of the street so we ended us fighting (Reminder us fighting has nothing to do with the BAN) so after we fought a cop pulled up and SHOT my homie for no reason we got him a revive and after that we were getting ready to leave, we gave the cop a ride to get his vehicle back and he gave us a knife (which that was clearly Fail Roleplay) but after we took the knife we moved on with our life and the next day my homie told me we had 15 day bans but when I got on to see it was changed to perm due to Strikes I would like to clear up that even though this is my fault I think it is a belief that people should get second chances

Short explanation
I do think that people deserver second chances and I know I caused this upon myself and this is a serious roleplaying server and I know I've shown no regard to roleplay in this server and you guys just have no room for this type of behavior as you are a serious roleplay server. I could argue on how much these bans were all not my fault, and hoe their dumb, a ban is a ban and if I don't get unban it is a lesson to learn maybe I should take time and reflect on my actions which is a good thought of mind but these bans have all happened over the past year or two and I think I've learned my lesson.
