It was around 5 AM, and I was online trying to make money while walking because someone had stolen my car. A black truck hit me, resulting in my character dying. I waited over 10 minutes, made an in-game report, and opened a Discord ticket, but no one responded.
Because of this, I injected my 1-week Macho key and noclipped to the hospital just to get revived so I could start working again.
I understand that I was in the wrong, but please try to see it from my point of view. I wasn't already injected, and I had no intentions of cheating. The only reason I injected was to get revived after waiting so long without any staff response.
Please can I have another chance? I completely understand my mistake and where I went wrong, and I can assure you it won't happen again.
