Yesterday I made my appeal for my faction blacklist and it was denied. I believe the decision was made based on insufficient evidence and biasnes, and the reasoning feels inconsistent with the written rules.
Starting off, I do not get how someone is supposed to know not to break a rule if it is not listed in the Faction ROE nor the Community Rules. I'm so confused on how FM and admins tell us to read these rules so we know what is and isn't allowed, but then someone can still receive a faction blacklist for something that isn't actually written anywhere.
This whole situation is ridiculous because the only explanation I received was that "it is a known rule in our community."And If it's a known rule, then why isn't it written in the rules that players are expected to follow? If players can be permanently banned from faction roleplay over rules that aren't publicly listed, then there is no way for anyone to know what is actually allowed or not.
I feel like punishments this serious should be based on clearly written rules and sufficient evidence, not on unwritten expectations that players have no way of reading beforehand, nor bias information with no proof.
On top of this, I requested to see the evidence multiple times in my appeal and still have not been able to see any proof that I was metagaming. If the conclusion is that I was metagaming, I feel like I should at least be able to see the evidence that supports that claim.
When Trece responded to me, he said Meranzo was one of the people he talked to in order to determine that I was metagaming. This is where I get even more confused because Meranzo was one of the people telling me he knew I wasn't metagaming forcing me to believe that this is false information.

I also was never contacted personally, and I feel as if Trece is going off of hearsay rather than speaking to me directly about what happened. I would really appreciate it if another member of Faction Management could review this situation and give a second opinion, because I genuinely believe this entire situation has been handled unfairly
