    After i did so me research, I found out that it was simply because my time on my pc was incorrect to my local time, it was never the server's fault.

    Everytime I try to join the server, it says that it fails to load a script called MrNewbVehicleKeys. Everytime I reinstall fivem, it works, but after city restart, it goes right back to the same exact problem, and it doesn't get fixed until I reinstall again.
