Completely explain this situation. How did this player break these rule(s)? he literally drove a bike inside the pillbox lobby my Commissioner got a bodycam footage of it and yesterday he literally gave me all his medical items and his inventory and going in civ soul and patching people up dont got proof of it but i have a feeling of it but dont matter he literally said i have like cars that has my stuff in it idk why he is using his stuff going in off duty and plus he got his car stolen and the stoler told me that the EMS worker just have his stuff with him and then he just also crashing out in the tickets saying that he isnt in the wrong but today when he got arrested he used his panic button too get attention and even tho he is blacklisted and acting like he is a EMS Worker when he is already fired and this kind of bug that keeps giving him job also needs too be fixed like let me show you
