If I was WL stripped instead of appealing in 30days can i just rebuy wl ?

You were whitelist stripped. Not banned. Appeal when your time is up. If denied, you will have to purchase an unban. The unban fee covers the whitelist. However, i do see the difference in bans and strips in the rules. I will ask and get back to you once i know wether you need the unban or whitelist purchase.
 
Just spoke with a higherup, he was almost certain you have to appeal in 30 days, if denied = Pay for UNBAN. If the word changes i will let you know but thats where it stands of right now.
