Explain what happened:
- I was advised by Fawkesthorn to submit an appeal regarding my ban, as there is a strong possibility it was the result of revenge reporting and may not be valid. I am completely open to undergoing another PC check to clear any doubts specifically by Tank or any other trusted PC checker on your team. I have nothing to hide. I was accused of having “capcut.exe” flagged as “eazyaim,” which is completely false. I have never cheated, and I never will. I play FiveM strictly for enjoyment and cinematic roleplay. I have not factory reset my PC in months and am fully willing to have it inspected at any time. To explain the situation: I went on a drill with DML against PainGang. During the situation, one of our members was killed and later found in a bush. We submitted a report, and the individual responsible was banned shortly after. Following that, a friend of the banned player admitted in a call that he reported me out of revenge because his friend got banned. This strongly suggests that the report against me was made with biased intent. Additionally, I believe the situation may have been influenced by prior affiliations. I was formerly associated with GSF, and tensions may have played a role. It’s also worth noting that a friend of my PC checker was recently banned for cheating, which may have contributed to assumptions being made about me. However, I want to make it very clear that I have never used cheats of any kind. Hxvc can also vouch for my character and supports the belief that this report was biased. I respectfully request that this ban be reviewed thoroughly. I am more than willing to cooperate fully with any PC check necessary to prove my innocence. I am confident that any inspection will confirm that I have no cheats or unauthorized software. Thank you for your time and consideration.
- I would also like to clarify that “capcut.exe” is simply an editing software and has absolutely no relation to cheats or any kind of unauthorized programs. I can confidently prove this through a full PC check. I am more than willing to undergo another PC check, preferably by Tank or Flako, or any trusted staff member of your choosing just not anyone associated with Llavell or Lour, to ensure the process remains completely unbiased and fair. I have nothing to hide and am fully prepared to cooperate in any way necessary to resolve this situation.
