My first appeal was denied. I am completely aware of this and accept the decision of the staff team. However, as a new version of The Lands RP called The Lands RP V2 was launched recently, I would like to request permission to join once again, if possible.
As it is stated above, the reason why I was banned from the server before was the following: when I was playing on it, my brother loaded into the server from the same PC and used a mod menu to teleport somewhere without spending money on purchasing the game, and that is why this happened to me. Even though I cannot shift the blame onto my brother and I fully realize that everything that has happened happened due to me, since I should have ensured that no one except me would use my account.
In addition to the points provided above, it has been already stated that my brother has used my account. As a result, there will not be any such situations with me in the future, since now my account is protected by a secure password that only I know about.
As the mentioned above incident has happened to me almost 7 months ago and V2 was just released, I hope that I will be able to become a part of the community once again and show that I am indeed worthy of being considered to be a good member.
