Stealing PD vehicles -
Hello, I am writing this appeal to @Lapid, I was banned on Dec 22, 2025. I was told not to appeal but I have a few reasoning if The Lands staff team would be open to reading.
First, I have re read the PD ROE, the general server rules, and even the regular ROE; at no point did I find anything about stealing a PD vehicle breaching the server rules. I've seen this happen multiple times, people stealing PD vehicles because this isn't stated anywhere.
Roleplay Justification -
Next, the roleplay was justified. At no point in the scene was my character at RISK of being killed. The officer had a non-lethal TAZER pointed at my character which led me to steal the vehicle.
Also, I am roleplaying a younger-careless character. After stealing the vehicle, I used proper text roleplay to describe my characters emotions
Possible Punishment -
Even if PD and staff believes the roleplay wasnt justified, I hope that my ban can be lifted and I can instead roleplay proper jail time or a different punishment that isnt as harsh as a permanent ban.
I'd also like to give a sincere to apology to PD and The Lands staff if they believe that the roleplay was subpar, I'd also be really grateful if the staff carefully read my appeal before taking any action.
