Hi,
I previously submitted a ban appeal along with all the evidence I could reasonably provide. Unfortunately, the appeal was denied. After carefully reviewing the reasons given, I believe that some important elements may have been overlooked or misinterpreted. For this reason, I am respectfully requesting a second, more in-depth review of my case.
According to Flako, the ban was issued due to Aimbot Detection. I would like to be very clear: I have never used any form of cheating software. In support of this, I provided a 1 minute and 30 second gameplay clip that clearly demonstrates normal aiming behavior and legitimate gameplay.

Since y'all use Waveshield, just like us, it should normally be able to generate a clip showing the exact moment when the alleged aimbot behavior was detected. This is a standard feature of Waveshield when a detection occurs. To this day, however, no such clip has been provided, which raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and validity of the detection.
In addition to the aimbot allegation, it was also mentioned that I failed a PC Check because the scanner allegedly detected a DMA device on my system. I would like to clearly state that I do not own, use, or have ever installed any DMA device. After researching this issue further, I found that certain PC check tools can mistakenly flag legitimate hardware components, such as a GPU PCIe interface or a 1TB NVMe SSD, as DMA-capable devices. This could reasonably explain the false result during the scan.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this message. I sincerely appreciate your consideration and kindly ask that you take another careful look at my case. I remain confident that, upon closer inspection, this ban can be reconsidered.
